“I like all of the projects we do in 5th grade, especially the book reports. My favorite book report was “A Book In A Bag” where we put five items in a bag that represent important aspects of the story and then we present them to class and talk about the characters and plot.My favorite field trip was when we went to a water treatment plant in Martinez and then we went on a hike as a class”

“In 5th grade you get more opportunities to try new things, like running for Student Council and playing on the SCS sports teams. I play Volleyball and Basketball and had fun with the Badminton Club.  Next year I’m going to be the Girls Sports Commissioner on the Student Council.”
