“My Third Grade Teacher is very funny. The coolest thing we did in 3rd grade was the egg drop STEM challenge. We built a container and then dropped eggs from the roof to see if we could keep them from breaking. We also had tiny caterpillars in our classroom and we tracked their growth and watched them grow and then let them go as butterflies. In 3rd grade you have lots of fun assignments and not too much homework yet.”

“My favorite project in 3rd Grade was the animal project. We took a field trip to the Oakland Zoo and I created a poster all about tigers. We all read the book Matilda. We got to participate in Mass by bringing up the gifts. You don’t get bored in 3rd grade at St. Catherine’s.”
